I don't know why, but I find this to be very funny... so I thought I would share.

Important Legislation for California give Arny a call
Please do this. I just did it. The below message was forwarded to me, and I double checked the phone number and searched it online. Please take the 60 seconds it takes to make the call and follow the instructions.
There is a bill, AB2567, before our Governor called Harvey Milk Day. It is to make a holiday after this man who was one of the first gay-right's activist's in CA. It would require the teachers in our schools to honor and teach about him and his message of homosexuality. Please, call #1-916-445-2841 right after reading this and follow the prompts letting our Governor know how you feel about it (I am obviously against it). You can call anytime day or night. I just did it, and it is just a recording which prompts you to push through. It only takes a min, but an important min for the future of our children and grandchildren. Dial 1-916-445-2841
-to hear it in English press 1
-to leave an opinion on legislation press 2
-for AB2567 Harvey Milk Day press 1
-to disagree with making this a holiday press 2
Here is one of the advocate websites: http://www.eqca.org/site/pp.asp?c=kuLRJ9MRKrH&b=4026595... as you can see they are also obviously against Prop. 8 which is another issue. We need to make our voices heard! We need to love everyone, homosexual or straight, but "marriage" is between a man and a woman.
